emineo wins major project Citysoftnet

The Canton of Basel-city and the cities of Bern and Zurich are jointly creating a new case management system for social assistance, children and youth under the name of ‘Citysoftnet’; mandates under civil law are included. The three cities are currently using case management solutions whose useful life expired at the end of the decade. Instead of looking for three individual successor systems, the involved parties are relying on a single one which provides the best-possible synergies.
After an intensive selection process, after checking all criteria, various reference visits, clarification of feasibility and a sketching of prototypes, ‘Citysoftnet’ decided to go with emineo.
