IT SERVICES SALES EXECUTIVE – (w/m/d) 100%
Key responsibilities:
- Acquiring new customers and orders and generating new leads with a focus on customised IT solutions and software projects
- Supporting existing customers, developing customer relationships and identifying requirements for our services and software solutions
- Understanding the customer situation, recognising the needs and challenges of potential customers
- Responsibility for the entire sales process, from initial contact to contract conclusion
- Developing a differentiation strategy compared to the competition
- Collaboration with customers and the bid and delivery team to create first-class offers
Expertise:
- A bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, or equivalent
- At least 5 years of experience in selling IT Services solutions, business software, customized software solutions
- Proven success in sales with comparable customers
- Deep understanding of both business and software engineering with the ability to translate business problems into technical solutions (solution selling)
- Ability to identify problems and sell solutions convincingly
- Specialization in private industries such as pharma, retail, luxury and extensive network in Switzerland
- Good knowledge of the SAP ecosystem and MS Office
- Excellent communication skills in French and English, German an advantage
