May 2021: Aleardo Chiabotti talks about change, challenges and the ideal qualities of an IT consultant
Aleardo Chiabotti, CEO and Partner talks to René Jaun about the changes in the company, the challenges of digitalisation in the healthcare sector and the ideal characteristics of an IT consultant.
You have been CEO of emineo since 2018. How did you celebrate your 1000th day as CEO?
Aleardo Chiabotti: Basically, such anniversaries are not that important to me. Looking back, the thousand days have flown by. As a company, we have developed strongly and achieved a lot – a great deal. I myself have learned an incredible amount during this time. If there’s an anniversary party, then it’s for everyone. Because I can never achieve as much on my own as I can with the whole team.
How has emineo developed since you took up your position?
We have grown visibly from 82 employees in 2018 to almost 150 today, have brought many and sometimes very large projects to the finish line, which is reflected in a high level of customer satisfaction. The rating on Kununu of 4.6 (out of 5) and the employee satisfaction speak for themselves. That is not a given these days. Seeing all this in black and white makes me proud and grateful.
