RECRUITER – (W/M/D), 80 - 100 %

Principal activities:

    • Managing the full recruiting lifecycle
    • Talent sourcing via different channels
    • Contributing to establish required profiles
    • Managing the publication and lifecycle of job offers
    • Collaborating with recruiting managers and head of operations to assess the recruitment need
    • Receiving, analyzing, and sorting candidates resumes
    • Organizing and conducting interviews both virtually and physically in French and English
    • Maintaining an up-to-date candidate pipeline
    • Actively developing the employer branding in collaboration with Head of Communication 
    • Establishing and maintaining efficient partnerships and positive relations with internal and external stakeholders (candidates, colleagues, and recruiting managers, external partners)
    • Ensuring that the process and the finale hiring decision are handled correctly and in a timely manner

Required competencies:

    • Proven work experience as a recruiter in the Consulting and/or IT area
    • Ease and excellent sense of communication and interpersonal skills
    • Excellent sense of organization and time management 
    • Experience in evaluating candidates for different positions and levels
    • Good usage of sourcing tools (LinkedIn, etc.)
    • Great sense of listening and intuition during meetings with candidates
    • Rigor/discipline, organization, and spirit of synthesis
    • IT skills (office and process management)
    • Team spirit and strong social skills
    • Discreet, reliable, and honest are adjectives that define you
    • Ability to quickly establish a climate of trust with various stakeholders
    • Strong language skills in French and English. German/other languages is a plus
