Consent to data processing by emineo AG, emineo Products AG & emineo International AG
1. Consent
By registering with emineo AG (or emineo Products AG, or emineo International AG), you provide the company with your personal data via a specific application for the purpose of looking for a job. Your data will be stored and processed on the systems of our software partner Haufe-umantis AG.
2. Privacy and Confidentiality
Data protection is an important concern for us. emineo and the software partner Haufe-umantis AG have taken the necessary organizational and technical measures to ensure the confidentiality of your application. All employees of the human resources department as well as our software partner are obliged to maintain confidentiality regarding personal data as part of their employment relationship. Thanks to an automatically activated 128-bit encryption, a secure transmission of your data is ensured. When processing data, the general standards for data security are taken into account according to the current state of the art.
3. Use of your personal information
During the application process, in addition to title, surname and first name, the usual correspondence data such as postal address, e-mail address and telephone numbers are stored in the applicant database. In addition, application documents such as a letter of motivation, curriculum vitae, professional, training and further education qualifications and job references are recorded.
This data is only stored, evaluated, processed or forwarded internally as part of your application. They are only accessible to employees of the human resources department and the persons responsible for the selection at emineo AG. Under no circumstances will your data be passed on to companies or persons outside of emineo AG or used for other purposes.
The data can be processed for statistical purposes (e.g. reporting). It is not possible to draw any conclusions about individual persons.
4. Right to information
With a request for information, you can request information about which data about you is being processed. Please address this to our HR department or to datenschutz@emineo.ch. In your account, you have the option of accessing your electronic data at any time, changing it or deleting your data yourself.
5. Storage and Deletion of Data
If you have applied and have given your consent to be informed of other interesting job offers beyond just applying for a job, we reserve the right to allocate your application to a talent pool and to inform you about other interesting job offers. If you do not agree to this or are no longer interested, you have the option at any time to delete your data yourself or to revoke your consent to storage. If your application is assigned to a talent pool, the data will remain stored until you revoke it.
If you have applied but do not take up a position with us, your application documents will be stored securely for around 2 years after the application process has been completed and then deleted or made anonymous. There is no notification of the deletion of the data.
You always have the option of accessing your electronic data, changing it or deleting your data yourself. You can also request the deletion of your documents at any time by sending us an email to datenschutz@emineo.ch.
If you take up a job at emineo AG (or emineo Products AG, or emineo International AG), your personal data, or at most an excerpt thereof, will be placed in your personnel file.
Mandatory legal provisions, in particular retention periods, remain unaffected.
