Contact Form
If you contact us by using a contact form on the website, the data you provide on the contact form, including your provided contact data, will be saved by us for the purpose of processing your query and in regard to any connection questions. We will transfer this data to a third party only after either after obtaining your consent, or as necessary in fulfilment of a contract with you or for pre-contractual activities based on your prior inquiry (e.g. logistics provider such as DHL, Swiss Post). Processing of the data provided in the contact form will thus occur exclusively on the basis of your consent (Art. 6 para. 1 (a) GDPR). You may withdraw your consent at any time. In such a case, an informal message to us by email will suffice. The legality of the data processing that has already occurred until the time of revocation shall remain unaffected.

Google Signals
We also use the technical extension “Google Signals”, which enables cross device tracking, among other things. However, this only happens if the visitor has logged into a Google service when visiting the website and at the same time has activated the “personalized advertising” option in their Google account settings. Even then, however, no personal data or user profiles become accessible to us; they remain anonymous to us. If the use of “Google Signals” is not desired, this option can be deactivated in the Google account settings “personalized advertising.
IP Anonymizing
The function of IP anonymizing is active on this website. Thus your IP address will first be abbreviated by Google within the member states of the European Union or in other contracting states to the Agreement on the European Economic Area, before being transferred to the USA. Only in exceptional cases will the full IP address be transmitted to the Google server in the USA and abbreviated there. Under contract to the operator of this website, Google uses this information to evaluate your usage of the website so as to generate reports about website activity and to provide services to the website operator associated with website use and internet usage. The IP address passed from your browser will not be combined with other data by Google within the scope of Google Analytics.

5. Newsletter
Newsletter Data
If you would like to subscribe to the newsletter offered on the website, then we require your email address, and also information that will allow us to verify that you are the owner of the particular email address and give your consent to receipt of the newsletter. Any additional data will only be collected on a voluntary basis. We use this data exclusively for sending the requested information and will not disclose it to third parties.

6. Plugins and Tools
Google Web Fonts
