I started at emineo as a team member for the AVSM product. Today I am completely responsible for it. I find emineo to be innovative, clever and flexible - and this also applies to staff management and development. Being part of this company is simply fun and it never gets boring.
emineo offers me exciting tasks and the opportunity to take on responsibility. The familiar and open working atmosphere in the company produces intelligent and forward-looking solutions. Our customers also feel and appreciate this very much.
At emineo, I developed a modern web application for the canton of Zurich that is now used by more than 100,000 people. The idea on how many people are using our software and how it makes their lives easier gives a lot of joy.
At emineo I am director, coach and project manager at the same time. Due to the high level of personal responsibility, I can successfully use my experience and skills here. If I were to compare emineo to a city, it would be Vancouver: multicultural, diverse, open, innovative and future-oriented.
emineo offers me the opportunity to use my full potential - despite working part-time. I use the latest technologies and methods to design simple and elegant software solutions for complex tasks. We often work on highly future-oriented projects, for example in the field of public administration.
Working at emineo is characterised by a varied range of customers with ever-changing needs and requirements. That's exciting and keeps the mind alert.
