The Swiss IT consulting and software engineering company emineo will become part of the German CONET Group as of October. With this merger, the two software development experts and SAP Gold Partners are strengthening their market position in the DACH region. At the same time, they are creating the basis for jointly developing new business areas in the future and making even better use of synergies and growth potential.
The Swiss IT consulting and software engineering company emineo has grown strongly for several years in a row. The digitization and SAP specialist was able to close the 2021 financial year with around 160 employees and record sales of almost 38 million Swiss francs. In order to continue to achieve its ambitious growth targets in the future and to further professionalize its business, emineo had been on the lookout for a suitable investor and partner for some time.
As of October 2022, emineo will now become part of the German CONET group headquartered in Hennef, North Rhine-Westphalia. The merger of the two companies was preceded by an intensive and careful selection process. CONET, another fast-growing medium-sized company, employs around 1,500 people at 17 locations in Germany, Austria and Croatia. Among other things, CONET provides SAP, software development and IT consulting services for public administration at the state and federal level as well as for private-sector companies.

The product and solution portfolios of emineo and the CONET Group complement each other perfectly. Anke Höfer, CEO of the CONET group of companies, and Marcel Zimmermann, founding partner of emineo, will form the emineo board of directors in the future.
